✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in the same condition they were received.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Opened items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vintagevillages.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
